When two become one…

We are thrilled to announce that earlier this year, Entire Recruitment became part of the Synaco Global Recruitment family. David and Kevin set out 8 years ago with a mission to start a business that had old fashion values of simply looking after all their clients and candidates with the best service delivery in the Labour Hire Industry; they wanted to ensure to deliver on what they said they could. Along the way, they also built an amazing team, helping businesses thrive in today’s complex and fast pace economy, matching the right talent to the right role, whist maintaining a personal and tailored service to both their clients and candidates.

This is also Synaco’s mission and as a natural progression of both companies unifying, we are re-branding Entire from May the 1st to Synaco Global Recruitment. Both Kevin and David have been at the forefront of this decision and are excited about having a national footprint and a global partnership. Now with additional resources and tools to further enhance their ability to uncover some of Australia’s best talent.

What does this mean for Entire?

The ‘Entire’ staff are now part of the Synaco family! With the head office in Adelaide, branches Australia wide and with a global partnership, providing a worldwide footprint and support network. They will continue to lead their dedicated and talented team under Synaco Recruitment and are looking forward to realising all the positives this will bring in enhancing their service capability to you.

WHY THEY CAME TOGETHER

Both companies starting from humble beginnings, in a home office, have against all odds aligned with one another, mirroring values and principals and emphasising that ‘people are our true passion’. Joining forces, overcoming recruitment stigma and putting the relationship back at the heart of recruitment, to create a positive journey where people are genuinely heard and supported throughout the entire process is our true purpose. Partnerships are at Synaco’s core, developing trusted relationships with our clients, candidate’s and local communities. We extend this philosophy to our staff, encouraging them to be the best version of themselves with the ‘Star Recognition Program’ earning an all-expenses paid trip to an Australian office location to meet the new team members. Synaco truly care about our culture, it’s something we’ve worked on since we began. The heart of this company is our people, and how we work with each other is what makes us special.
