• $38-$45 + negotiable depending on experience 
• 6am start time
• Revesby location
• ASAP start
• Temp to perm 

About the job: 

• Undertake supervision and leading hand tasks.
• Ensure that appropriate training carried out for all team members.
• Ensure that all parts and products are assembled/produced according to the procedures and specifications.
• Ensure that all safety and quality procedures and standards associated to the task are adhered to in accordance company policies and procedures.
• Ensure production efficiency and daily output is in accordance with production schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.

To be successful, you must:

• Proven experience in a production leadership role or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skill
• Well-developed communication skills
• Ability to be safe and protect others from risk.
• Keen attention to details
• Efficient and well organised
• An ability and willingness to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
• Strong work ethic, tenacity and ‘can do’ attitude.
