Our WA team are seeking and additional, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in West Perth, WA.
Working with an energetic & passionate team you will be provided with clear direction and mentoring, empowering you with the knowledge and tools to skyrocket your career in this exciting industry!
As a key member of this growing team, you will be able to contribute to the ongoing development and progression by the continuous placement of quality candidates to new and existing clients.
Key skills we are looking for in this role:
- You will ideally have previous recruitment particularly blue collar experience.
- You will genuinely enjoy TALKING to a variety of people both in person and on the phone.
- You must have excellent priority and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer services coupled with high energy, self motivation and a positive attitude are keys factors to critical success within this fast-paced industry!
- Positive and value driven with the ability to work within a tight knit team

What to expect in this role? But not limited to….
- Conducting face to face, video, and telephone interviews.
- Sourcing, advertising, and shortlisting candidates.
- Reference checking.
- Site mobilization.
- Assisting with people management e.g. performance management, workforce planning/management.
- Attending client visits and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Assisting with safety management requirements i.e. incident and injury management.
