Machine Operator
Synaco has partnered with an industry leading waste management company due to continued growth they are seeking Plant Operators for a site in ROCKDALE
Tenure: Ongoing temp to perm
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Pay rate: ORD $41.93p.h + Super
Duties:
- Operating earthmoving equipment (e.g. waste compactors, excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers etc)
- Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
- Work safely and in accordance with the site rules at all times.
- Report safety incidents and hazard immediately.
- Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures.
Ideal candidate:
- Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
- Previous experience in civil construction industry or waste industry
- Commitment to safety
- Self-motivated
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience and or qualifications in operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment ideally in the waste industry.
