Manufacturing Operator

Synaco Global Recruitment is partnering with Menz Confectionery, the home of South Australia's iconic Menz FruChocs and now Australian favourite, Violet Crumble. With 150 years of tradition, Menz Confectionery is a family business spanning over four generations. We are currently seeking Manufacturing Operators for ongoing casual positions on NIGHT SHIFTS.

• Casual opportunities with possibility of permanency 
• Roster provided on a weekly basis (Approx. 3-5 shifts a week)

About You…

You will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the delivery of production targets as part of a diverse and busy team.

To be successful, you will be:

• Able to work independently and autonomously
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and movements
• A good communicator
• Able to learn, understand, and apply food hygiene principles (HACCPs)
• Committed to safety and quality
• Physically fit
• Attentive to detail
• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing and packaging environment (desired, not mandatory)

Shift Hours:

• Night shift: 10:00pm – 6:06am ($39.17 per hour)
