Day Shift | $50+ | Temp to Perm | Start ASAP

Our client is a long-standing Australian manufacturer known for producing high quality garage doors and access solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. With a commitment to innovation and durability, they operate a cutting-edge facility in Revesby and supply products across the country and internationally.

To support ongoing operations and maintenance excellence, they are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, machinery, automated production lines, and site infrastructure

Coordinate and carry out routine and preventative maintenance

Investigate equipment issues and implement effective repairs or modifications

Contribute to efficiency improvements and reliability initiatives across the site

Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules

Assist with general site upkeep, waste management, and compliance tasks

Ensure safe storage and disposal of hazardous waste (e.g., lubricants, coolants)

Collaborate with operators to resolve machinery issues and support basic maintenance

Support the implementation of 5S+S and continuous improvement programs

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Maintenance Fitter (trade certificate or equivalent)

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills

Understanding of safety, environmental, and quality standards

Full Australian working rights
