Machine Operator

Synaco by Synergie are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Machine Operator / Loader to join our team. If you’re organized, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What's in it for you:

Day shift pay rate – $39.70 per hr including casual loading (afternoon shifts may be available)
Temp to perm
Ongoing sustainable work with consistent Monday-Friday hours

Duties to include, however not limited to

Safe operation of machinery (full training provided)
Manual handling, as required (lifting aids available)
Effectively communicate with other team members.
General housekeeping.
Adherence to all safety polices & procedures.

Who we are looking for:

Experience with machine operating highly desirable, however not essential.
Those who have prior exposure to operating overhead cranes are strongly encouraged to apply.
Hold a valid Forklift License. (Advantageous, not essential)
Confident with manual handling.
Exceptional attitude towards work and taking directions.

I would like deeply thank Jade Clayton-Cuch for her hard work into getting me into a role with Samaras Group which I am enjoying very much. Jade made it all happen within the space of 24 hours ( and this is no joke). Jade called me back on Thursday afternoon around 3pm with the job description and the type of candidate that they were looking for, she was very informative and friendly to chat with.
