Loader Operator

Synaco is partnered with an industry-leading waste management company. We are seeking skilled and motivated Front-End Loader Operators to join their team at a busy transfer station in Ryde and Erskine Park.

• Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $40.41/h+ per hour

Key Duties:

• Operate front-end loaders and other earthmoving equipment as needed (e.g., forklifts, material handlers, skid steers).
• Ensure proper and efficient placement of waste materials, assisting drivers and the public as required.
• Load, transport, and compact soil, gravel, and other materials for landfill management.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.

About You

• Valid front-end loader licence and demonstrated experience in operating the equipment.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operation of machinery.
• Experience in the waste management industry.
• Knowledge of operating side-lift/left-hand drive vehicles.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and understanding of workplace punctuality.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to high-quality work.
