Labourer

Synaco by Synergie is seeking Labourers to join our client's team in Wingfield on Afternoon Shift! Work with a well-established company specialising in high-quality agricultural equipment and components. If you're experienced in manual labour and forklift operation, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

General labouring duties, including moving materials and assisting production teams
Use of power & hand tools (grinders etc).
Safely operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials
Manual handling of products and materials
Assisting with warehouse and production tasks as required
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Labourer
Valid forklift license a bonus
Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Shift Details:

Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday 2:30pm – 11:00pm, Friday 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Pay Rates & Benefits:

Afternoon Shift: $36.80 + per hour
Stable, long-term employment with potential for permanency
