Hr Driver

Synaco is seeking a reliable and responsible delivery drivers to join our team in Wacol. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor/Dispatch Manager you will assist with deliveries and day to day operations of the warehouse with a flexible responsive working style. You will ensure a committed approach to Health & Safety. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate a delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and tidy
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
• Current MR / HR license 
• Strong initiative, customer focus and the ability to work well with a team
