Labourer

Waste sorter required for busy facility located in Hemmant for an Immediaite start. . Sorting recyclables from conveyor line – fast moving conveyor, repetitive work, noisy and dusty environment.

You will also:

Maintain a high standard of housekeeping
Undertake core sorting of Recyclable materials.
Perform maintenance and/or safety checks on equipment as required
Audit waste as required by Local Council Representatives and clients, and provide accurate reporting as required on time to a high standard

Skills and experience

Experience in the waste or other relevant industry is ideal
Commitment to safety
Ability to work autonomously or a part of a team

You will need:

Your own reliable transport
Drivers Licence
Be able to work 5.30am to 2 pm
Own PPE
Ability to complete repetitive, mundane tasks – working on a sorting line for long periods of time can make you feel seasick
High attention to detail

I would like deeply thank Jade Clayton-Cuch for her hard work into getting me into a role with Samaras Group which I am enjoying very much. Jade made it all happen within the space of 24 hours ( and this is no joke).
