We are currently seeking an experienced coded welder to join a well-established and reputable engineering company in their new purpose built workshop in Forrestfield WA. This company specializes in providing high-quality land exploration solutions. The role is a Perm opportunity for the right candidate..
Job duties:
- Perform all phases of fabrication, including marking out, tacking, welding, and finishing to a high standard.
- Interpret engineering drawings to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Fabricate and weld rig bases and masts using .9 hard wire.
- Operate various machine tools and hand tools throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Trade Certified
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings.
- Strong team player with the desire to contribute collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Full Australian working rights
