Boilermaker Welder

Having a large pipeline of work scheduled ahead, our client is looking to quickly grow their team of Boilermakers & Welders. Based in the north/western suburbs, your knowledge and experience working with heavy structural steel will see you working on large scale, landmark projects.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE IN AUSTRALIA WITH FULL WORKING RIGHTS, overseas applicants will not be considered. 
Paying an excellent pay rate of $51.25p/h + penalties, you will be working plenty of hours a week (circa 56 hours Monday to Saturday when very busy) and you will be well rewarded for your hard work. Delivering quality work, focusing on safety, and bringing a positive energy in a team environment will be equally important.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certificate III in Engineering and/or Welding certificates
• Previous experience in steel fabrication and/or metal trades
• Heavy industrial/heavy structural background
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Willingness to work extended hours as required
• A commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to produce quality work at a fast pace
• Pass a Drug & Alcohol test
