ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to become the keystone of our client's welcoming committee and support to their operational teams. As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll set the tone for their friendly, professional environment while lending crucial admin support to their bustling head office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Welcoming visitors to the site and linking them with relevant staff or departments
– Providing phone support including directing calls to appropriate departments
– Supporting internal needs such as ordering stationery and kitchen supplies, managing mail, and setting up meeting rooms
– Arranging travel bookings for staff through our corporate providers
– Organising events such as quarterly site-wide lunches and end of year celebrations
– Undertaking various administration tasks to support multiple departments
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
– Proficiency in Microsoft applications
– High attention to detail
– Diligence in handling confidential and commercially sensitive information
– An organised, systematic approach to work tasks
– Eligibility to work in Australia with unrestricted rights
