The Role:
As a Sales Associate/BDM, you'll transition from a 360-recruitment role to focus primarily on generating new business, building relationships, and driving sales. This is a key growth role within Sydney where you'll have the opportunity to shape and grow the business while shadowing a sales team based in Sydney, learning, and developing new skills. We are prepared to develop and upskill the correct person. We are looking for a competitive, eager individual looking to make a name for themselves and join a national Sales Team, that offers shadowing and support!

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and targeting potential new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.
  • Being part of a National Sales team, sharing best practices and collaborating across Australia.
  • Being enthusiastic and love winning!
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure recruitment solutions align with client needs.
  • Reporting on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
  • Traveling within Sydney and surrounding areas to meet potential clients and attend meetings.

 

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who:

  • Is based in Sydney and willing to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities.
  • Has previous experience as a 360 recruiter and is ready to transition into a more sales-focused role.
  • Is highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven by performance-based incentives.
  • Is eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.
  • Has a strong work ethic and a passion for success in business development.
