As all Synaco by Synergie offices operate in constant and close communication with each other, you can vote for – or be nominated by – absolutely anyone, even a colleague from another office. Then, a quarterly draw is held where the winner is selected randomly out of the pool of outstanding nominees.
But, of course, the most exciting part about SynAwards is the prize – an all-expenses-paid trip for two to a location of your choice! There is only one catch: your chosen place has to have a Synaco by Synergie office there.
Once the lucky winner reaches their dream destination, they get to spend half a day with the team in an office of their choice – observing, sharing, exchanging ideas, and establishing relationships. And then comes the weekend – and an opportunity to explore your destination together with a lucky partner, creating long-lasting memories.
