Do I receive any additional benefits?
We have a referral program that if a person is placed in a role for a certain period, you will receive a Coles Myer voucher. We also have an Employee Assistance Program that you have 3 free sessions each budget year. In this instance that you have issues at home, mental health, or other personal issues, you can reach out to them for external support.
What happens if I am unwell?
You must notify not only your direct manager but also the recruitment consultant that you have been working with. It is best to reach out ASAP so we can ensure your safety of yourself and still able to to continue to receive your sick pay and adjust where required.
Will I be provided with PPE?
Synergie will provide you with a high vis shirt for your first day. However, you will need to purchase steel cap boots, safety goggles, and ear plugs depending on the type of work you are employed for.
Will I continue to be employed when the job finishes?
“Temporary work” means temporary employment. When you have finished the temporary assignment, your employment with us remains valid and we will for a new area of work for you.
Who is my contact person and what happens on my first day?
We will inform you in detail in advance about all the circumstances of your assignment. In addition, your Recruitment Consultant will provide you will all the information that you require – including what PPE is required, location, and who to report to on the first day.
