The client was not receiving the service delivery they needed from their labour supplier. They were not getting sufficient labour hire talent, and there was a lack of site presence, with injury rates creeping up, the relationship with their previous provider was transactional. They were seeking a more hands on provider and a long-term partnership.

Our approach and solution for our client was creating a structured program. Regular, systematic toolbox talks, facilitated by our National Safety Manager. Further, Regular phone client visits understanding their ideal candidate. We provided labour hire solutions within the first month of business together.

Up until 1 July 2024, we had 12 labour hire placements, 6 of whom were long term and taken on as permanent employees from 1 July 2024. Direct feedback from the client is that Synaco are now their preferred supplier and are the first point of call for all contingent and long term labour needs.
