Using Synaco by Synergie’s labour hire services for the past 8 years in Western Australia, NOV Australia has been able to maintain a constant talent pipeline of skilled manufacturing workers.
The Problem:
Being an international company, our client did not have authority to make approvals on positions fast enough. As a result, this caused staffing issues as potentials wait time could be around 2+ weeks.
Our Approach:
Whenever we work with a client, we conduct a full on-site audit and regular client visits to listen to Branch Managers needs and wants. Through the years we have nurtured a deep candidate pool within Western Australia, with regular communication with candidates we were able to offer a more effective pipeline of experienced candidates.
The Results:
Wait time has significantly reduced with successful placements of Trade assistants with previous pump experience. Notably a Trade Assistant we placed has been named employee of the month for NOV Kalgoorlie. Our client now use us for additional job orders, strengthening our relationship.
