Meet Rino, National Safety Manager at Synaco by Synergie. Rino commenced his career in the Recruitment Industry in 2000 and in that time has worked in various roles across several industry sectors. He is driven by working closely with both clients and candidates, striving to deliver excellent service to all stakeholders, both external and internal. Rino joined Synaco in 2016 and has been pivotal in implementing Safety principles and a high-quality working culture. Rino’s passion to work closely with clients and candidates sees him player a major role in the safety and wellbeing of Synaco’ s workforce. His many years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant and Client Manager has given him a great understanding that the personal, face to face approach has the most positive impact in keeping people safe, and getting a greater understanding of what people are experiencing. When not working, Rino enjoys spending time with his family and will make his way to the MCG to support his beloved Carlton FC.
