Meet Mike, Director at Synaco by Synergie. Mike started Synaco back in 2012, with a decade of experience in the industry. Mike has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and saw an opportunity to build Synaco, an agency that provides the best talent to the best companies. Since 2012, Mike’s passion has been paramount in shaping Synaco by Synergie into one of the fastest growing agencies in Australia. Mike holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science and Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. It’s well-known Mike’s leadership credentials have been forged amongst industry peers and trusted leaders that he has brought into the company over the last 12 years. Originally from the UK, Mike is a self-identified ‘adopted Australian citizen’! When not working, Mike is either playing sports with his children, or trying to brain wash them to be as enthusiastic about Crystal Palace FC in the UK. After over a decade of enabling Synaco to be what it is today, he now proudly showcases the business as an exceptional career stop, for all current and future employees, who have a shared passion for our industry and delivering a service they can be proud of.
