THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Production Assembler to join our client's team in Silverwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate counterbalance forklift
- Picking and packing products
- Ensure all products meet the required standards before moving to the next stage of production.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with the packaging and dispatching of finished goods.
THE ESSENTIALS
- Previous experience in a forklift role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
