Who is IPA?
In 1984, IPA’s journey began as a small team of five consultants in Melbourne, embarking on a mission to revolutionise the recruitment industry.
Our first project was a government-funded employment services program aimed at helping the unemployed, an initiative that laid the foundation for our firm commitment to making a meaningful social impact.
As we continued to expand steadily, we established branches in different states and secured additional government contracts, ultimately leading to the establishment of 30 offices across the country by the early 2000s.
Our growth wasn’t limited to geographical expansion – we also ventured into diverse sectors, including construction, information technology, and health services.
This expansion led to the cultivation of enduring partnerships with organisations that recognise the significance of having the right people in our teams.
