July 1st, 2024, the Synergie family achieved a significant milestone as our company took a momentous step in expanding its operations in Australia. The decision to integrate IPA Personnel Services, a prominent recruiting agency, into the Synergie family has been met with great enthusiasm.

For over 40 years, IPA Personnel Services has been a key player in the recruitment industry, offering dependable HR solutions and recruitment services across Australia. 

IPA’s wealth of experience and exceptional track record in providing top-tier talent acquisition and HR support for candidates and organisations has positioned them as a respected and trusted entity in the Australian market.

Who is IPA?

In 1984, IPA’s journey began as a small team of five consultants in Melbourne, embarking on a mission to revolutionise the recruitment industry. 

Our first project was a government-funded employment services program aimed at helping the unemployed, an initiative that laid the foundation for our firm commitment to making a meaningful social impact.

As we continued to expand steadily, we established branches in different states and secured additional government contracts, ultimately leading to the establishment of 30 offices across the country by the early 2000s.

Our growth wasn’t limited to geographical expansion – we also ventured into diverse sectors, including construction, information technology, and health services.

This expansion led to the cultivation of enduring partnerships with organisations that recognise the significance of having the right people in our teams.
