At Synaco we pride ourselves on building a strong work community, a place where our employees feel supported and are happy in their workplace. We regularly check in on or staff and feel it is important to reward loyalty and great work ethics. This month the winning nominee is Paul, he has been working with Synaco for over two years now on multiple construction projects throughout Sydney.  With an exemplary work ethic and safety attitude, he has been a role model employee for Synaco on and off site.  First to give us his constructive feedback, he has become one of our most valued employees in Sydney responsible for building some of Sydney’s most impressive skyline buildings.  Thanks for your loyal and ongoing service Paul.  Regards the Synaco team
