Adelaide’s most promising, dreaming of the big time in Spain

Adelaide United earlier this month took some of its best rising stars to Spain to compete in the annual Mediterranean International Cup.  Featuring two teams, the Adelaide representative sides played 8 games, with a number of credible results against sides from all around the world affiliated with professional football sides, such as Manchester United, Barcelona and Villareal

Synaco Global Recruitment is the proud player sponsor for Marco Caprioli (photographed above), whom plays for Adelaide United in the South Australian National Premier League Reserves competition.  Marco is another exciting product of Eastern United football academy and has this year teamed up with the Adelaide United youth set up.  This experience to travel to Spain and compete against some of his best footballing peers from around the world certainly gave him a terrific insight into what it takes to make the big time.  A day in Barcelona and visiting Camp Nou, certainly focused his aspirations on where he would like to call ‘his office’ in the future as pictured above.  The opportunity to support one of Adelaide’s youngest talents was something Synaco Global is only too happy to facilitate.  Akin to our core values, Synaco takes great pride in the communities that we operate within and how we position ourselves to be a positive influence.  Whilst Synaco strives to be an employer of choice, we thrive in creating opportunity for our network to find theirs.

Congratulations Marco on taking your first steps in making your dreams become a reality and thank you for taking the Synaco guernsey to the closest it will ever get to being on the hallow ground of Camp Nou.
